How much freezer do I need?
Roughly one cubic foot per 35–40 lbs of vacuum-packed beef. 1/8: about 2 cu ft. 1/4: about 3–4 cu ft. 1/2: about 6–7 cu ft. Full: about 12–14 cu ft. When in doubt, size up.
